Sure We Can Mobile Pickup Service

The Sure We Can bin at one of our partner locations!

 A free service that transforms your recyclable bottles and cans into impact for local canners and environmental sustainability! 

HOW IT WORKS 

• We place a bin & signage in your office, cafe, site, lobby, garden, etc! 

• Customers and/or staff use the bin to dispose of redeemable beverage bottles & cans. 

• When it fills up, let us know and we’ll pick it up (minimum 400 bottles/cans per pickup) 

• The value of your bottles and can is donated to support our mission of serving canners, and the containers are recycled! 

WHY PARTICIPATE? 

New York’s bottle and can redemption system, or “Bottle Bill,” is the most effective way to recycle your bottles and cans! Around 80% of beverage containers collected by the deposit return system are recycled, while under 20% are recycled when discarded with mixed recycling. 

Not only is it more sustainable, but when you donate bottles & cans to Sure We Can, you support our community of canners - essential green workers who are among the hardest working yet least valued in NYC.
